Benton Williams

Benton Williams is an experienced trial lawyer who helps clients navigate complex business, commercial, and intellectual property matters. Texas Monthly has recognized Benton as a Super Lawyer for seven consecutive years, an annual selection awarded only to 2.5% of all attorneys in the state of Texas. Benton represents businesses and individuals across the United States in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations. Benton utilizes a creative and dynamic approach to representing clients successfully both in and outside the courtroom.

As a Dallas native, Benton and his wife are active members of the city’s philanthropic community. Benton has served on the board of directors for local charities, scholarship panels, and non-profit organizations throughout the area.
